Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Solomon Solutions LLC (we, us, or our). HopeStack is a product of Solomon Solutions LLC. By accessing or using HopeStack—the counseling platform built for care teams—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a counseling organization or care ministry, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of the service

You agree to use HopeStack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with laws and obligations that apply to your organization and its data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Use of role-based features (Director, Supervisor, Counselor, Intake, MyCare Portal) must comply with your organization's policies and these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service in any way that could harm HopeStack or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

HopeStack and its associated software, content, and branding are owned by Solomon Solutions LLC. This ownership statement does not include user or third-party content. Our intellectual property is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
