Terms governing your use of the Hope Stack platform.
Agreement
By accessing or using Hope Stack—the counseling platform built for care teams—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a counseling organization or care ministry, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of the service
You agree to use Hope Stack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, including those governing healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA where applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Use of role-based features (Director, Supervisor, Counselor, Intake, MyCare Portal) must comply with your organization's policies and these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service in any way that could harm Hope Stack or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
Intellectual property
Hope Stack and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
