Hope Stack is the counseling platform built for care teams. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use Hope Stack—including intake, scheduling, notes, supervision, and the MyCare Portal—and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (e.g., account details, waitlist sign-ups, role and organization information for Directors, Supervisors, Counselors, and Intake Coordinators) and automatically (e.g., usage data, device information) to operate and improve the platform for your counseling organization.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the service, enforce security and compliance (including HIPAA-aligned practices), communicate with you, and improve Hope Stack. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption and multi-tenant isolation with Row-Level Security (RLS). Access to personal and health-related data is restricted by role and audited, so your care ministry or counseling organization's data stays secure.
